Return Policy
We believe our job is to make sure you LOVE your acrylic photo block. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know why and we will make it right.In case of a manufacturer defect on arrival (i.e. damaged acrylic or objective flaw) send us a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your acrylic photo block. We will confirm the issue and remake your acrylic. You will be required to ship the original acrylic photo block back to us to get a replacement.
If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 15 minutes after placing it, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 15 minutes, it means one of our artists has been assigned to the project and as such you will receive a refund minus $25. Due to the custom nature of our product, once production of your item has begun it is not refundable.

Custom text is an excellent way to add context to your image. We use the Freitag font in color white, placing the text near the bottom of the block by default (The text position and color can be adjusted by our designers to better complement the image).
