Place the crystal at a secure location where it is not at risk of falling. We recommend using a dark homogenous background, to provide a unified contrast that highlights the details of the image. The best result is received by adding a custom LED light base that will shine every detail of your 3D model.

Return Policy
We believe our job is to make sure you LOVE your crystal. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know why and we will make it right.In case of a manufacturer defect on arrival (i.e. damaged crystal or objective flaw) send us a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your crystal. We will confirm the issue and remake your crystal. You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement.
If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 15 minutes after placing it, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 15 minutes, it means one of our artists has been assigned to the project and as such you will receive a refund minus $25. Due to the custom nature of our product, once production of your item has begun it is not refundable.

When “Keep the background” option is on, we will not crop the backdrop out. We’ll laser the background in 2D within the crystal along with the people / objects in the foreground.

the front bottom of the crystal.
