Return Policy
We believe our job is to make sure you LOVE your lightbox photo block. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know why and we will make it right.In case of a manufacturer defect on arrival (i.e. damaged lightbox or objective flaw) send us a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your lightbox photo block. We will confirm the issue and remake your lightbox. You will be required to ship the original lightbox photo block back to us to get a replacement.
If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 15 minutes after placing it, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 15 minutes, it means one of our artists has been assigned to the project and as such you will receive a refund minus $25. Due to the custom nature of our product, once production of your item has begun it is not refundable.
